We loved the tuna! We had plain tuna on salad with finger lime caviar. It was delicious!

Worth the price to know it’s sustainably caught

I eat a lot of tuna and recently spent some time watching shows regarding where and how the tuna I eat comes from and is caught.
Always thought I was doing the right thing,purchasing tuna that states on can is pole caught or dolphin friendly…..these shows opened my eyes to how tuna is actually caught and the waste involved.
So after much research purchased several jars from little tuna for myself and as Christmas gifts.
So far I have only tried the tuna in olive oil which as I was determined that I needed to use my first jar so I could really taste the tuna I used it in a salad niçoise so that it was all about the tuna.
It did not disappoint, great flavour, I usually have my tuna in water but decided to purchase a selection of flavoured, oil and water….will keep you posted on how the chilli and lemon myrtle ones go….am confident they are going to be good.
