The Lamason family has a 35 year history in wild tuna fishing off the coast of Cairns, our passion for nutritious, sustainable seafood and commitment to supporting local fishing families, Little Tuna was born.

Captain of the Straight Shooter for 26+ years, Jason has loved fishing since childhood. Growing up by the coast, he naturally turned to commercial fishing and couldn’t imagine life on land. A strong supporter of Australian products, he’s proud to see locally caught fish representing one of the world’s most sustainable industries.
