It was like Christmas had come early. I cannot thank you enough.

Try this....

Chargrilled dark rye with some EVOO, the sardines mixed with lemon rind, (can add some finely chopped chilli) finely diced red onion and a little dill, put some fresh rocket on the rye, place a some sardine mix on the the rocket, add some crumbled goats cheese and squeeze a little lemon juice and season..... SO DAMN GOOD!! Thank you Little Tuna!

I absolutely love your sardines in olive oil! They are very light and sweet in taste. I even have them for dinner when I need a break from cooking. Great on toast with fried egg on top.
