I was excited to get some quality tuna and to make a nice tuna Nicoise and some pasta dishes. I waited 6 weeks from order to delivery and finally got to make my salad. On opening the jar however I found a big lump of dry tuna, cooked to death and with a texture firmer and drier than canned tuna. The salad was nice but the tuna was far from the hero. Now I wonder what I'm going to do with the other 5 jars of expensive tuna. Tuna Mornay?
Both the tuna in oil and the chilli tuna were excellent. Taste and quality were great.
