INGREDIENTS
- 250g light cream cheese
- 185g can tuna in oil, drained
- 1/2 cup light whole-egg mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup drained capers
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
METHOD
Step 1 Place cream cheese, tuna, mayonnaise, parsley, capers and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until just smooth. Serve.
