At just 18 years old, Kyle Chalmers stood on the Olympic podium in Rio — gold medal in hand, world junior record broken, and a nation watching. Known as "The Big Tuna", he grew up in Port Lincoln, South Australia — the seafood capital of Australia — where tuna runs deep in the culture and the water.
Kyle fuels his hard training sessions with good quality, Australian caught tuna from East Coast Tuna Co. His pick? Chunk in Chilli.
"After hours in the pool, good protein isn't optional — it's everything. And when I can back Australian fishing families at the same time, I will choose East Coast Tuna Co. every time."

Eliza Freney is one of Australia's most respected performance dietitians — founder of The Rugby Dietitian and a global leader in nutrition for collision sport athletes. With over 15 years across elite rugby, cricket and basketball, she has worked with the Wallabies, South Sydney Rabbitohs, New Zealand Basketball and Cricket Australia, and has served as a consultant to World Rugby. She holds an IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition and an MBA, and has co-authored peer-reviewed sports science research.
Eliza's research focuses on the role of omega-3 fatty acids in contact sport — their impact on brain health, recovery and long-term athlete resilience. Wild-caught, high-quality Australian tuna is central to what she recommends to the athletes she works with, making ECTCO. a natural fit as her practitioner partner of choice.
